The solid control system of Xi 'an KOSUN 550 workover rig is mainly for solid and liquid separation of drilling mud, and at the same time for mixing, weighting and mixing of drilling mud, and can also recharge wellhead mud. The system includes mixing weighting unit, mud dosing unit, mud recharge unit, water supply unit, electrical control unit, etc. The main equipment is composed of vibrating screen, sand pump for mixing slurry and recharge pump to meet the needs of the project site.
