DC 450 Decanter centrifuge is mainly used for solid-liquid separation in industrial sewage, drilling fluid in oil fields, chemical food industry and other industries. This machine absorbs the advantages of centrifuges at home and abroad, and is a new product developed according to the actual needs of solid-liquid separation in various industries in China.  The maximum handling capacity of this machine in the light solid-liquid material system is 40m3/h.  In the heavy solid-liquid material system, the throughput should be properly reduced.  The machine also has obvious advantages such as strong adaptability to materials, continuous operation, simple operation, convenient installation, low operating cost and small occupied area.

This decanter centrifuge belongs to sedimentation type, which uses sedimentation principle to separate solid-liquid phase in suspension. The suspension enters the auger from the feed pipe, is accelerated by the accelerator and enters the drum, and the solid phase is thrown to the inner wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force. The spiral blades push the solid sediment to the small end of the drum and discharge it from the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase is continuously settled in the inner ring of the drum, flows to the big end of the drum, and is discharged from the overflow port. This process is carried out continuously, and the purpose of solid-liquid continuous separation is achieved.

This machine adopts mechanical speed regulation and has three speeds (1900r/min-2500r/min-3000r/min). Users can change the pulley with corresponding speed according to actual requirements, and the pulley is marked with speed. Electric control is equipped with explosion-proof power frequency control cabinet, and the protection level is IP65. The protection level of explosion-proof plug-in is IP67. The main motor is equipped with YOX hydraulic coupling for overload protection to prevent motor damage. The planetary differential is equipped with mechanical overload protection device, which can stop when overload occurs.
