The Process of Oily Sludge Treatment

The equipment for treating oily sludge is generally composed of the heating system of the oily sludge thermal desorption equipment, the dosing and decomposition system, the sludge separation equipment, and the crude oil recovery equipment, which are organically combined.
The process of treating oily sludge can be divided into three steps. The first step is to use the sludge screening equipment to separate debris such as rocks, weeds, tree roots, and large particles of sand from the sludge. The second step is to use heating tank equipment, agitation equipment, and dosing equipment to utilize the different physical characteristics of water and oil based on their densities. Through heating and chemical agitation, the water, oil, and sediment in the sludge can be fully separated. The oil, with a lower density, will float to the top layer, followed by the water in the middle layer, and the sediment with a higher density will settle at the bottom layer. The third step is to use three-phase solid-liquid separation equipment or oil-water separation equipment and sludge-water separation equipment to achieve the separation of water, oil, and sediment, as well as water reuse. The sludge and water enter the sludge-water treatment equipment, and the water can be reused in the heating tank or further treated through water treatment equipment.
