Kuwait – Oil Sludge and Contaminated Soil Treatment Project

Project Background:

As a major global oil producer, Kuwait generates a significant volume of oily sludge during crude oil extraction and transportation, posing severe environmental challenges. To address this issue, our company designed and constructed a high-efficiency, eco-friendly 50 t/h oily sludge treatment system for a leading Kuwaiti oil company. This system achieves harmless waste disposal and resource recovery, supporting the region’s sustainable development goals.

Technical Highlights:

High-Efficiency Separation Process: Utilizing a combined technology of “Thermal Washing + Centrifugal Separation + Chemical Conditioning” to achieve high-efficiency three-phase separation of oil, water, and solids.
Environmental Compliance: The oil content in the treated solid phase is <1%, meeting international environmental standards. Wastewater undergoes deep treatment for recycling, achieving Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
Modular Design: With a high degree of system integration, it is specifically optimized for harsh desert environments, allowing for rapid deployment and stable operation.
Intelligent Control: Equipped with an automated monitoring system that adjusts processing parameters in real-time, minimizing manual intervention while ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.
