Project Background
The KOSUN Lake Dredging & Treatment System is specifically engineered to address critical issues such as sediment accumulation and water quality deterioration in domestic and international rivers and lakes. The system aims to remove bottom silt, reduce endogenous pollution, and restore the ecological functions of water bodies to improve the overall aquatic environment.

Solution
The project utilizes an integrated process of “Cutter Suction Dredger + Vibrating Screening + Plate and Frame Filter Press Dewatering,” featuring a modular system that includes vibrating screening, slag discharge, spray system, and slurry emergency modules. At its core is the KOSUN LS1850 Shale Shaker, which delivers a high processing capacity of up to 1,800 m³/h to remove fine particles larger than 2mm, while the remaining underflow slurry is processed by a plate and frame filter press into dewatered mud cakes for external transport and resource utilization.

Technical Highlights & Achievements
- Efficiency & Energy Saving: High screening capacity with superior treatment results.
- Modular Deployment: The system’s modular design supports rapid assembly and adapts to the mobile operational requirements of lake areas.
- Technological Breakthrough: Successfully solves the challenge of large-scale mud-water separation, balancing high operational efficiency with strict environmental standards.

Application Areas
- Large-scale Ecological Dredging Projects
- Urban Black and Odorous Water Remediation
- Navigational Channel Dredging & Mud Volume Reduction
