In the process of using the vibrating screen, we should do regular detection of whether the vibration motor is running normally. In the normal use of the equipment, we should do a quarterly inspection of the flameproof vibration motor, cable and connection device. The inspection contents mainly include the following aspects; 1. Be sure to cut off the power supply before inspection to prevent the risk of electric shock; 2. Check whether the motor end cover is cracked and whether the screw of the motor end cover is fastened well; 3, check the cable for damage, such as cut marks or wear; 4, check the grounding situation, be sure to ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 0.1 ohms.

In addition to the routine inspection of flameproof vibration motor, the motor temperature and lubrication degree should be regularly measured. Flameproof vibration motor adopts special vibration source single-row cylindrical roller bearings that can withstand large radial loads, so in order to reduce internal friction and wear and prevent burns, the motor assembly has filled the internal space of the motor bearing with appropriate high temperature grease. In operation, the bearing temperature should be monitored once every half a month, you can use a resistance thermometer, if the temperature is more than 10 degrees higher than the normal temperature, it is necessary to inject the specified grease, when the flameproof vibration motor every 2000 hours after the operation of the specified grease must be injected, generally after the injection of new grease, the motor temperature will rise for one to two days, and then return to normal.
